1. Services
Talintyre provides neurodiversity coaching and business mentoring services. All services are conducted in accordance with ICF (International Coach Federation) ethical guidelines and neurodiversity-affirming principles.
2. Confidentiality
All coaching and mentoring sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or professional ethics.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own progress and decisions. Coaching and mentoring provide support and guidance, but clients remain accountable for their actions and outcomes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before commencement of services. Sessions must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we provide professional coaching and mentoring services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients participate at their own risk and are encouraged to seek additional professional support when needed.
