I'm Chris. I work with neurodivergent individuals and business leaders who are tired of forcing themselves into systems that weren't built for them.

My background is in marketing strategy and business development, but what drew me to coaching was seeing how many brilliant people were burning out trying to succeed in ways that didn't fit their wiring.

Why this work matters

Neurodivergent brains are not broken. They're different. And that difference, when understood and supported, becomes a strength. The same goes for businesses — success doesn't have to mean sacrificing your values or your wellbeing.

This work isn't about fixing you. It's about building systems, rhythms, and clarity that honour how you actually function. It's about finding a path that works with you, not against you.

My approach

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. What I offer is space for reflection, strategic guidance, and practical tools tailored to your needs. My tone is calm, thoughtful, and grounded — because this work requires honesty, not hype.

Structured Permission Philosophy

My approach is built on what I call "Structured Permission" — the belief that you don't need to be fixed, you need to be understood. This means creating frameworks that work with your neurodivergent brain, not against it.

Permission to be different. Permission to succeed on your own terms. Permission to build systems that honour how you actually function, not how you think you should function.

Structure provides the clarity and predictability that reduces overwhelm. Permission provides the emotional safety to explore, experiment, and grow. Together, they create the foundation for sustainable success.

Why I do this work

I've seen too many brilliant neurodivergent people burn out trying to succeed in ways that don't fit their wiring. I've also seen the incredible results when they find approaches that honour their differences instead of fighting them.

This isn't about making you more neurotypical. It's about helping you build systems, strategies, and confidence that work with your unique brain. Because when you stop fighting yourself, you can start succeeding.
